Kenneth V Jack
Kenneth V. Jack was a Navy photographer in photo squadron VFP-62 1959–63, he made two carrier detachments and carrier-tested the developmental camera that gave VFP-62 the lead role in the Cuban Missile Crisis missions. Upon discharge he obtained two college degrees, taught high school math for 13 years and worked at Westinghouse Electric company as a software engineer for 21 years. He taught mathematics at Penn State University New Kensington, PA. extension campus.He is the co-author of Blue Moon Over Cuba: Aerial Reconnaissance During the Cuban Missile Crisis (2012). He has also authored and co-authored a number of articles about naval aviation.
